The Client Services Team at Caruso Turley Scott Structural Engineers is dedicated to fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients. They ensure exceptional customer service by acting as the primary liaison between clients and the engineering team, addressing any concerns or questions, and ensuring that client needs and expectations are consistently met throughout each project. The team, consisting of three Vice Presidents of Client Services, plays a pivotal role in maintaining CTS’s reputation for excellence in structural engineering and customer satisfaction.
