Ondrej Spulka

Ondrej Spulka has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Head of Human Resources at Carvago.com since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Ness Digital Engineering from December 2019 to April 2021. Ondrej also worked as the HR Manager and Statutory Director at Teleplan International from March 2007 to February 2013 and as an HR Senior Advisor at ExxonMobil from August 2005 to August 2006. Ondrej has also held roles in HR at ABRA Software a.s., Mondelēz International, and Princess Hotels & Resorts.

Ondrej Spulka earned a degree in General Law (Mgr.) from Charles University, from 1999 to 2005. Ondrej also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Technology of Production from the Technical University of Liberec, from 1998 to 2000. In addition, they hold certifications in Excel Professional from Microsoft, obtained in 2017, and a certification as an Odborný garant Agenturního zaměstnávání from the Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí ČR, obtained in 2011.
