Dishant Desai

Dishant Desai is an accomplished Application Security Engineer with extensive experience in software development and security. Currently working at Gen™ since November 2022, Dishant previously held the same title at NortonLifeLock from January 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, Dishant served as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Payper for a brief period in late 2020. Dishant's early career included significant roles as a Student Intern and Teaching Assistant at Pace University, where responsibilities included developing, debugging, and testing educational projects across multiple programming languages, and teaching programming courses to over 150 students. Dishant's internship experiences further include developing a full-stack web application for sentiment analysis at Symantec and gaining insights into ERP implementation and IT networking during internships at Ravasco Transmission & Packing Pvt. Ltd. and HOSPITECH IT SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, respectively. Dishant holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Pace University and a Bachelor's degree from MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Technology.
