Kenneth Randall

Kenneth Randall serves as the Associate Director of Talent Development at Carvana since September 2021. Prior to this, Kenneth held the position of Director of Organizational Development at Republic Services from 2018 to 2020, overseeing a team responsible for employee engagement, onboarding, development, and talent management within a major solid waste and recycling service provider. Kenneth's extensive experience also includes roles at Banner Health from 2008 to 2018, where responsibilities spanned from senior director roles in Learning & Development and Executive Talent to directorial duties in Talent & Organizational Effectiveness. Significant achievements include facilitating a $29 million operating expense reduction and achieving a 75% drop in executive turnover through enhanced selection processes. Kenneth holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Florida International University, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Communications and Psychology from the University of Arizona.
