Nathan Herbert

Nathan Herbert is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate and capital markets. Currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Carvana, Nathan has previously held positions as Senior Counsel for Capital Markets & Finance and Global Structured Finance Attorney at Ford Motor Company. Additionally, Nathan worked as an Attorney at Ford Motor Credit Company LLC and as an Associate at Mayer Brown LLP. Nathan is actively involved in community service as an Associate Board Member for the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless and has contributed to public interest through a fellowship with the Public Interest Law Initiative. Educationally, Nathan holds a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from SUNY Brockport and furthered studies at Indiana University Bloomington from 2010 to 2013.
