Thelma Jernberg

Thelma Jernberg has worked in various roles throughout their career. Thelma started in 2012 at Istonish, where they served as a Marketing Associate. In this position, they were responsible for project managing and coordinating annual events, developing marketing campaigns, and working with the CEO to redesign the Marketing Department.

In 2016, Thelma transitioned into the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Istonish. In this role, they supported both private and public sector clients in recruiting candidates for various positions, including Human Resources, Project Managers, IT professionals, and more. Thelma excelled at identifying, sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the needs of the company and its clients.

In 2021, Thelma joined CARWAVE as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Thelma'smain objective in this role is to attract and hire qualified talent for the rapidly growing organization. CARWAVE is an innovative internet-based business solution aiming to displace the traditional wholesale automobile auction industry. Thelma is responsible for hiring and fully onboarding ASE Certified Mechanics, Vehicle Inspectors, Buyer/Seller Representatives, Senior Account Executives, Recruiters, Management Team, Accounting Personnel, DMV/Title Clerks, Transportation & Dispatching, Shipping & Receiving, and more.

Thelma Jernberg obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Colorado Technical University. In January 2020, they also obtained the Certified Professional Services Recruiter certification from TechServe Alliance.
