Alex Foster possesses extensive experience in operations and strategy, currently serving as Head of Operations Transformation at Carwow since October 2020, following roles as Senior Strategy Associate and Marketplace Analyst. Prior to this, Alex held the position of Head of Operations at Local Treasures and co-founded Groundworks, focusing on innovative recruitment solutions for graduates. Early career experiences include roles in valuation at Cushman & Wakefield and BNP Paribas Real Estate, as well as volunteer positions with Raleigh International and Beyond Ourselves Zambia. Alex's educational background includes a degree in International Management and Modern Language (French) from the University of Bath.
