Kirsty Carlton is currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Experience and Operations at carwow since March 2021. Prior to this role, Kirsty held the position of Senior Customer Support Manager for the UK & France at Wheely, and served as the UK Assisted and Partner Customer Success Manager at Intuit, where responsibilities included managing multiple outsourcing centers and ensuring service level and financial objectives were met. Additionally, Kirsty has experience as a Quality & Training Manager at Concentrix, where focus was on improving subscriber experience in the OnStar inbound Customer Service Centre, and previously managed quality and training initiatives at PDV Ltd and held the role of Key Account Manager at Propaganda. Kirsty holds a degree in English Literature with History from the University of Hertfordshire.
