During their time there, they were responsible for monitoring and updating mental health client paperwork, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and preparing compliance reports for Health & Human Services. In 2004, they also worked as an Associate Relations Manager at Hannaford Bros. Co. After that, they joined the Cary Chamber of Commerce in 2007 as the Director of Operations.

Megan Kervin attended Winslow High School from 1995 to 1999, where they received an Honors diploma. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics at the University of Maine at Farmington from 1999 to 2003.
