Paul's career has included roles such as LDT Manager, Head of OD and Talent, L&D Consultant, and Head of Training and Development. With a background in education from Bay House School, Paul has also worked in roles such as Management Trainer and Learning Development Advisor. Additionally, Paul took a sabbatical break in 2019 to travel and work on landscaping a garden.
