Jason Boetcher

Jason Boetcher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason is currently working as a Digital Insights Manager at CAS since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Vertiv from 2016 to 2021, where they held the role of Continuous Improvement and Customer Experience in Operation Excellence. In this role, Jason gained broad-based exposure to diverse operational areas as part of a high-potential leadership grooming program. Jason championed Lean Six Sigma projects to drive continuous performance improvement and partnered with change agents across all functional areas to improve processes.

Before Vertiv, Jason worked at Emerson Network Power from 2010 to 2016, where they held two roles. First, they were a Strategic Supply Chain Manager, responsible for developing processes and strategies to reduce expenses, improve quality, and mitigate risks. Jason managed a portfolio of suppliers and analyzed spend to identify savings opportunities. Additionally, they served as a Supplier Manager, leading strategic sourcing efforts and improving supplier performance through contract management and spend leverage.

Jason's earlier work experience includes a role as a Fleet Manager at Werner Enterprises in 2011, where they participated in the Transportation Management Training Program and oversaw driver productivity and service benchmarks.

Jason Boetcher attended Bowling Green State University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Jason also earned a separate degree in Supply Chain Management during the same period. After completing their undergraduate studies, Jason Boetcher obtained several additional certifications, including Prosci® Taking Charge of Change from Prosci in November 2022, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from MoreSteam.com LLC in January 2019, and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in January 2018.
