Jennifer Schule has a diverse work experience starting in 2003 as a Juvenile Probation Officer at Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch. Jennifer then worked at OS33 from 2011 to 2017, where they held the position of Head of Human Resources and was responsible for talent acquisition, mentoring, and strategic decision-making. Jennifer joined CAS in 2017 and served as a Senior Recruiter until 2019, during which they managed global full lifecycle recruiting and developed behavioral interview certification programs. From 2019 to the present, they have held roles as a Regional Sales Director and Senior Regional Sales Director at CAS, where they oversee teams, sets sales objectives and strategies, and mentors team members.
