Jennifer Schule

Jennifer Schule has a diverse work experience starting in 2003 as a Juvenile Probation Officer at Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch. Jennifer then worked at OS33 from 2011 to 2017, where they held the position of Head of Human Resources and was responsible for talent acquisition, mentoring, and strategic decision-making. Jennifer joined CAS in 2017 and served as a Senior Recruiter until 2019, during which they managed global full lifecycle recruiting and developed behavioral interview certification programs. From 2019 to the present, they have held roles as a Regional Sales Director and Senior Regional Sales Director at CAS, where they oversee teams, sets sales objectives and strategies, and mentors team members.

Jennifer Schule pursued their education at various institutions and obtained relevant certifications. From 1999 to 2003, they attended the University of Mount Union, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 2021, they enrolled at Bowling Green State University to pursue an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Throughout their career, they have also acquired certifications such as Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers and Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity from LinkedIn in July 2021. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in July 2015.
