Jim Rossi

Jim Rossi has extensive experience in account management and operational leadership within various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Account Management Supervisor at Chemical Abstracts Service since August 2010, Jim oversees customer relations for a leading source of chemical information. Prior to this role, Jim was Program Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at HLS MedFreight, where oversight of Microsoft Dynamics CRM played a key role in managing freight solutions for the healthcare sector. Additionally, Jim served as Director at Signature Worldwide for a decade, leading growth initiatives that doubled revenue, and as Assistant Manager at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, where management responsibilities included overseeing operations for multiple properties. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from The University of Findlay.
