Kathleen Butler has extensive experience in customer success and sales roles, starting from their time as a Research Assistant at Case Western Reserve University. Kathleen then transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry as an Executive Pharmaceutical Representative at Merck. Currently, Kathleen holds the position of Sr. Customer Success Manager at CAS, where Kathleen is responsible for supporting existing customers in Canada and the mid-western portion of the U.S. Through their career, Kathleen has demonstrated dedication and expertise in customer-focused roles.
