Laura Maurer

Laura Maurer has a diverse work experience that spans from 2015 to the present. Their most recent position is as an Information Scientist at CAS, where they have been working since October 2021. Prior to this, Laura worked at the University of Colorado Boulder for five years as a Research Assistant in the Marshak Lab. In this role, they focused on synthesizing organometallic complexes on bismuth and other heavy main group metals for potential use in optoelectronic applications. Additionally, Laura served as a Teaching Assistant for ten regular semesters and two summer terms at the university, teaching various chemistry courses and guiding students in laboratory classes.
