Susan Rodarme

Susan Rodarme has a diverse work experience. From January 2018 to October 2019, they worked at CAS as an Operations Analyst and later as an Operations Engineer. Susan'sresponsibilities included responding to tickets, monitoring workflows, scripting solutions, investigating content issues, and training new employees. Susan worked on various projects, including implementing a process to reduce missing patent data, automating manual tasks using shell scripts, participating in server migrations, diagnosing and correcting code issues, and restoring data. At Riot New Media Group, from June 2014 to December 2017, Susan was a Contributor for Book Riot, focusing on small press literature and general book news. Susan also served as a Contributing Editor for Food Riot. Additionally, they worked at Yelp as a Brand Ambassador from January 2014 to August 2017.

Susan Rodarme earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Franklin University between 2017 and 2019. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2022.
