Victoria Oldham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Victoria began their career as an Account Executive at Robert Half Legal in 2008 before moving on to Cook & Sladoje Co., LPA in 2009 as an Associate Attorney. At Cook & Sladoje, they handled various transactional matters related to Real Estate, Corporate/Business Law, Tax, Estate Planning, and Probate. In 2012, they joined OCLC as a Senior Attorney, primarily focusing on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and providing legal support to different teams within the company. In their most recent role as Managing Corporate Counsel at CAS, they oversee GDPR/Privacy, International Expansion, Compliance, Immigration, and Independent Contractor issues. Victoria also serves as the Legal lead on several strategic initiatives at CAS.
Victoria Oldham has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Miami University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals and as a Licensed Attorney in the State of Ohio from the Supreme Court of Ohio.
