Welson Jacometti

Welson Jacometti has extensive experience in various technical and leadership roles. Welson started their career at Esca / CCSIVAM in 1992, where they served as a Technical Manager and was responsible for the development of Air-Traffic Control Systems and Navy modernization projects. In 1995, they joined Dedalus Sistemas as the CTO until 2000. During this time, they played a crucial role in the company's advancements. In 2000, they became the President & CEO of CAS Tecnologia S/A, where they led the company in becoming a leader in SmartGrid and MDM software deployments in Brazil, as well as complex data storage and transaction security solutions for various institutions.

Welson Jacometti obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UFSCar - Alumni from 1985 to 1989. Welson then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 1990 to 1992.
