Jose Cintron

Jose Cintron, CCNA, ITIL, is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in network infrastructure and support. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at Casa Central since February 2018, responsibilities include administering Cisco Unified Communication Manager, troubleshooting VoIP issues, implementing SD-Wan solutions, and managing company SharePoint Intranet. Previously, as an Analyst in Infrastructure Support at United Way of Metropolitan Chicago from April 2009 to June 2017, notable achievements included virtualization of the data center and development of backup solutions.
