Jodie Stearns

Jodie Stearns is an experienced evaluation and data analyst currently working at CASA Mental Health since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jodie served as the Research and Evaluation Manager at the University of Alberta from July 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing evaluation research for the Housing for Health initiative and leading evaluations of research studies related to active living in older adults. Jodie's academic roles span from postdoctoral research fellowships and guest lectureships to serving as a university lecturer and project lead, highlighting expertise in research methodologies and health behaviours. Jodie holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation from the University of Alberta and has a strong educational foundation that includes a Master's degree in Physical Education and Recreation and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
