Simone Almeida

Simone Almeida is currently the Event Organization and Business Services Manager at Casa da Música. Simone has a long history of working in various administrative positions where they have excelled in coordinating and managing various teams and events.

Simone started their career in 1999 working as a technical administrator for the V. N. de Famalicão municipality. In this role, they were responsible for executing various technical and administrative procedures related to candidate funding for programs such as POC, POE, and POEFDS. Simone also helped with the creation of a roadside assistance team as part of the POEFDS program. Simone also worked on the expansion of the pre-school network and the implementation of a new investment program for the municipality.

In 2004, Simone began working for the Secretaria de Estado da Juventude where they served as an assistant to the secretary of state. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and managing internal and external meetings, managing reports for institutions under the Secretariat's tutelage, and coordinating all administrative procedures.

In their current role at Casa da Música, Simone is responsible for organizing and coordinating various events as well as managing the business services for the company. Under their leadership, the company has seen a marked increase in efficiency and profitability.

Simone Almeida has a degree in Administration Sciences from the Fernando Pessoa University.
