Jessica M.

Jessica M. is a Human Resources Specialist at the U.S. Department of State since February 2023, following earlier experience as a Human Resources Intern. In addition, Jessica serves as an Advocate with CASA DC, providing volunteer support for children. Prior to this, Jessica worked at the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Data Manager in an Emergency Management role during Hurricane Ian and as an Analyst in Operations. Earlier roles at the same organization included Water Treatment Operator and Project Scheduler, where Jessica managed project budgets. Jessica holds a degree in Human Resources, Workforce Development and Training/Labor Relations from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is currently pursuing a Paralegal degree at Anne Arundel Community College. Additionally, Jessica earned an Associate of Science in Biology from Delgado Community College and a certification in Invasive Species from Southeastern Community College.
