Autumn Bailey has extensive experience in various roles within the field of social services, particularly focused on serving homeless and at-risk youth. Their current position as Director at Hope House involves overseeing a homeless teen shelter with a faith-based approach. Autumn has also held positions such as Intake Coordinator and Program Manager at Casa de Amparo, and has served as an ordained Elder and Youth Leader in Youth Ministry. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University, Long Beach, Autumn's career demonstrates a strong commitment to the well-being and support of vulnerable youth populations.

Established in 1978, Casa de Amparo (Home of Protection) is recognized as a leader in treating and preventing child abuse and neglect in San Diego County and beyond, with locations in Oceanside and San Marcos. The non–profit organization annually serves over 1,000 Casa Kids, from prenatal to 25 years old, as well as 950 families, through integrated trauma-informed programs that promote healing, growth, and healthy relationships.
