Scott Kramer currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Casa de Amparo, a nonprofit organization focused on assisting at-risk youth. With a robust financial background, Scott has held CFO positions at Cali Floors and King Technology, Inc., and served as VP of Finance and Administration at WuXi AppTec from 2009 to 2018. Prior finance roles at Medtronic included various director positions across multiple divisions and responsibilities, from external reporting to sales and marketing. Earlier experience includes an operations finance internship at Intel Corporation, and finance roles at Western Pioneer, Inc., Cytran, Inc., Centro Medico Bethesda, and Ernst & Young. Scott holds an MBA in Finance & Multinational Management from The Wharton School and a BBA in Accounting from Pacific Lutheran University.

Casa de Amparo
Established in 1978, Casa de Amparo (Home of Protection) is recognized as a leader in treating and preventing child abuse and neglect in San Diego County and beyond, with locations in Oceanside and San Marcos. The non–profit organization annually serves over 1,000 Casa Kids, from prenatal to 25 years old, as well as 950 families, through integrated trauma-informed programs that promote healing, growth, and healthy relationships.
