Operations Management

The Operations Management team at Casa de Amparo oversees the organization's daily functions and infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of comprehensive, trauma-informed programs. This includes managing residential and counseling services, coordinating family visitation and young parent initiatives, and maintaining the physical and operational integrity of facilities in Oceanside and San Marcos. Their efforts support over 1,000 children and 950 families annually, ensuring the organization’s mission of promoting healing and healthy relationships is consistently achieved.
