Miguel Abreu

Miguel Abreu has extensive experience in hotel management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas since December 2016, overseeing operations at one of the Caribbean's most exclusive resorts. Additionally, Miguel has been a Resident Manager at Karisma Hotels & Resorts since 2016. Prior roles include Resident Manager at Occidental Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included leading hotel operations and ensuring guest satisfaction, and Director of Rooms at both Occidental Grand Xcaret and Occidental Allegro Playacar. Miguel's early career featured positions as Manager on Duty at Occidental Grand Xcaret and Sales Manager at both Courtyard by Marriott Santiago and Hilton Santo Domingo. Miguel holds multiple degrees in Business Administration and Hotel Management from prestigious institutions including Universidad la Salle Cancún, Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Instituto Hotel Escuela de Madrid, and Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña.
