Norma Enríquez

Norma is Mexican, graduated from the University of Administrative Sciences (Escuela Panamericana de Hotelera) with a degree in Hotel Management, and has received training focused on Leadership, World Class Service for Hospitality, ISO 9001-2008, EarthCheck Coordinator, Labor Safety among others. With over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, with emphasis on management activities, planning and coordination in the areas of Quality and Training.
