William Henry MA, LPC, NCC, LCCA has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years in the fields of child and family welfare, mental health, and youth development. William is currently serving as the Chief Program Officer at Casa de Esperanza de Los Ninos. William went on to pursue higher education at the University of Houston-Victoria, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Social and Behavioral Science between 1995 and 1999. Later, they attended Sam Houston State University from 2010 to 2012, where they acquired a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling.

In addition to their academic achievements, William also holds multiple certifications in various areas. William obtained a license as a Licensed Professional Counselor from the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council in April 2015. In October 2012, they obtained the certification of a National Certified Counselor from The National Board for Certified Counselors. Furthermore, William is a Licensed Child Care Administrator, which they obtained from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services in February 2001. Recently, in August 2022, they obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
