Rafael Lindray Santera Napalan

Rafael Lindray Santera Napalan is a dedicated healthcare professional with diverse experience in various roles within the medical and service industries. Currently serving as a Nursing Assistant and Student Volunteer at Sharp HealthCare since June 2021, Rafael assists nurses on the Orthopedic floor and engages with patients. In addition, Rafael works as a Safety Officer EMT at Casa de las Campanas and has been an IHSS Caregiver for a teenager with autism since May 2019. Previous roles include serving as an Undergraduate Instructional Assistant at UC San Diego, where responsibilities included leading discussions and assisting with course content, and gaining food service experience as a Shift Lead at Ding Tea La Jolla and a Food Server at Vi La Jolla. Rafael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from UC San Diego and is a National Certified Emergency Medical Technician, having completed EMT training at San Diego Miramar College.
