T. Louis Ackerman

T. Louis Ackerman serves as CASA’s lead organizer. He cut organizing teeth in Orange County, Texas ‘ the former home of KKK’s HQ ‘ organizing March for Lives, DACA and anti-racism events. He was elected to public office, County Chair of the Democratic Party and worked for the State of Texas as a CPS Investigator. He studied criminal justice at Lamar University and is currently working on a masters in public administration from the same school. He loves advocacy, both advocating for people and helping people to advocate for themselves.
