CASA for Children of Essex County
Jessica Earl has a strong background in research and analytical work in various settings, including the chemical engineering department at the University of Utah and at Idaho National Laboratory. Jessica has experience in teaching and has held positions as a teaching assistant and graduate student. Jessica also has experience in grant writing, policy analysis, and community outreach through their work at CASA for Children of Essex County. Jessica is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Urban Policy and Leadership at Hunter College.

CASA for Children of Essex County
CASA for Children of Essex County is an independent court-authorized non-profit organization which works through professionally trained community volunteers to promote the welfare of children in Essex County, NJ who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. CASA serves a a foster child's voice in court working to insure that needed services and assistance are made available while helping to move the child to a safe and permanent home. CASA empowers everyday citizens as court appointed officers of the Court. Their involvement in the life of a child in foster care makes a direct impact now and perhaps for generations to come.
