Raphael Lee is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment and labor law. Currently serving as a CASA Volunteer at CASA for Children of Essex County since June 2023, Raphael has previously held notable positions at S&P Global from June 2016 to June 2023, including Associate General Counsel and Head of Employment & Labor Law, acting as the lead global employment lawyer. Prior experience includes Senior Employment Counsel at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., Assistant General Counsel at AIG, and various associate roles at Davis & Gilbert LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP. CASA for Children of Essex County
CASA for Children of Essex County is an independent court-authorized non-profit organization which works through professionally trained community volunteers to promote the welfare of children in Essex County, NJ who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. CASA serves a a foster child's voice in court working to insure that needed services and assistance are made available while helping to move the child to a safe and permanent home. CASA empowers everyday citizens as court appointed officers of the Court. Their involvement in the life of a child in foster care makes a direct impact now and perhaps for generations to come.
