Raphael Lee

Raphael Lee is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment and labor law. Currently serving as a CASA Volunteer at CASA for Children of Essex County since June 2023, Raphael has previously held notable positions at S&P Global from June 2016 to June 2023, including Associate General Counsel and Head of Employment & Labor Law, acting as the lead global employment lawyer. Prior experience includes Senior Employment Counsel at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., Assistant General Counsel at AIG, and various associate roles at Davis & Gilbert LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP. Raphael obtained a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
