Adam McWilliams has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2021. Adam began their career as a Marketing Research intern at STV in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Researcher at Fordham University and also held a role in Visitor Services at The New York Botanical Garden. Adam then joined X5 Music Group in 2013, where they worked in Finance and Operations, analyzing revenue streams, calculating financial spend, and contributing to business intelligence tools.
In 2014, Adam joined PepsiCo in a Finance role, focusing on food, snack, and beverage products. Adam then moved on to The Knot Worldwide in 2016, where they worked in Finance and Business Development, assisting couples with transformative life stages. In 2018, Adam joined Harlem Capital as a Venture Capital Intern, focusing on investing in diverse founders.
In 2019, Adam joined Nearmap as part of the Finance & Strategy team, analyzing strategic opportunities and initiatives for the company, specifically in the United States. Adam then transitioned to their current role as Finance & Strategy at Casa Komos Beverage Group in 2021.
Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated analytical and financial expertise, as well as a focus on strategic planning and implementation.
Adam McWilliams attended Fordham University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Adam'sfield of study was finance, with a specialization in alternate investments, and they also pursued a minor in economics. Prior to attending Fordham University, Adam McWilliams studied at Union County Magnet High School.

Casa Komos Brands Group was founded in 2019 by Richard Betts and Joe Marchese to create and invest in one-of-a-kind spirits and products. The venture’s portfolio currently includes Komos, an ultra premium tequila, and Superbird, a ready-to-drink cocktail made with real flocking tequila. CKBG prides itself on crafting carefully considered, unique products that embody a true sense of origin and are respectful of tradition but never bound by the past. Headquartered in New York City with operations in Amsterdam and Mexico, CKBG’s one-of-a-kind spirits launched in 2020, expanded across the US in 2021, and will continue to grow both domestically and internationally in 2022 and beyond.
