Diego Cantu has an extensive professional background in operations and project management within the agave production and mezcal industry. Diego currently serves as the Managing Director Mezcales Artesanales Casa Lumbre at Casa Lumbre, overseeing all aspects of mezcal operations. Prior to this role, Diego held positions at UberEats and PERNOD RICARD MEXICO, where Diego specialized in operations excellence, agave production, and special projects. Diego also has experience in continuous improvement at BMW Group México and warehouse coordination at Pernod Ricard. With an Executive MBA from IPADE Business School and a background in engineering, Diego is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the field.
