Maddy Morrin is an experienced therapist currently working at Arbour Hospital since September 2019, while also serving as a Peer Advocate at Casa Myrna since December 2017. Maddy's prior roles include therapist positions at The Rested Mind, LLC and Pembroke Hospital, a Rehab Therapist role at Pembroke Hospital, and case management positions at Gavin Foundation, Inc. and Volunteers of America. Maddy has a background in providing trauma-informed care to incarcerated women recovering from addiction and has served as a Regional Manager at RIA House Inc. and a Counselor at Spectrum Health. Maddy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Gender & Women's Studies from the University of Rhode Island and ongoing Master's studies in Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University.

Casa Myrna is Boston’s largest provider of shelter and supportive services to survivors of domestic violence, providing safety, resources, advocacy and information since 1977. We operate SafeLink, the statewide domestic violence hotline, and promote domestic and dating violence prevention through awareness and education. All of our supports are provided to survivors free of charge. We support ALL survivors regardless of race, ethnicity, language, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, disability, age, or sexual orientation.
