Carlos Suarez

Founder at Casa Nela

Carlos was born in London and schooled at Eton and Wharton. Following a brief career in finance, he took a position with Steve Hanson's BR Guest Restaurants.

Carlos leveraged this initial experience to open the popular West Village restaurant Bobo in 2007, followed by the smash-hit Rosemary’s in 2012, the neighborhood classic Claudette in 2014, and Roey's, an Italian café, in 2019. Carlos created the management company Casa Nela in 2015, and licensed Rosemary’s in Tokyo.
