Mackenzie Childs is an experienced events and operations professional with a strong background in hospitality management. Currently serving as Events Coordinator and Operations Manager at Casa Nela since September 2021, Mackenzie previously held roles at The Marymont Group as an Executive Search Research Associate and Intern. Mackenzie's diverse experience includes positions as a Teaching Assistant at Penn State School of Hospitality Management, Office Assistant at Cafe Laura, and a Rotational Intern at Delaware North, showcasing skills in event planning, customer service, and operational support. Additionally, Mackenzie has completed internships that involve marketing event spaces and providing exceptional service at various hospitality venues, including the Nittany Lion Inn.
