Matteo De Donno is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including food production, IT, and textile manufacturing. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Manager at Casa Optima since November 2024, Matteo oversees HR functions within a leading multi-brand group dedicated to artisanal gelato, pastry, and beverage products. Previously, as HR Business Partner Operations at Fileni, Matteo managed HR activities for approximately 1,800 employees across multiple plants, focusing on union negotiations, talent development, and change management. Matteo's background also includes roles as HR Manager at Blutec, where Matteo established the HR department, and Group HR Manager at Star New Generation Spa, where strategic alignment of HR processes was achieved across acquired companies. Educational achievements include an Executive Master's in Personnel Administration and Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities with a focus on Psychology.
