Frank Clemens

Frank has more than 25 years’ experience leading strategic operations and growth initiatives for mid to large-sized behavioral healthcare organizations. He joined Casa Pacifica from Pembroke Hospital where he served as Director of Leadership Development and Systems Improvement, overseeing operational and financial performance, quality, patient experience and workforce development. He previously served as Chief Operations Officer/Administrator for Santa Rosa Behavioral Health Hospital and as Executive Director/Director of Operations at Santa Barbara Behavioral Health. Frank’s prior positions include Chief Operating Officer for Paradigm Recovery Group, LLC, and Director of Operations and Client Services Manager for The Bridge Santa Barbara.

Frank earned his B.S. in Environmental Studies and Economics from Middlebury College and his master’s degree in psychology from Naropa University. He is completing a doctoral degree in philosophy and psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
