Previously, Heather held roles such as Assistant Clinical Director, focusing on clinical operations and staff supervision, and Therapist, providing patient care and therapeutic interventions. Before joining Casa Palmera, Heather worked at Aurora Behavioral Health System as an Intensive Outpatient Therapist, delivering treatment to young adults and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.
