Jen Keli Bautista is a skilled professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on customer service, coordination, and advocacy. Currently serving as a Discharge Coordinator at Casa Palmera since May 2018, Bautista previously held the position of Team Lead at Teavana, where responsibilities included driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Early career experience includes internships at the National ACE and OCA, where efforts were directed towards representing the Asian Pacific American business community and advocating for legislative support. Bautista also contributed to the arts as a Production Assistant during the Wagner New Play Festival, supporting production teams and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from UC San Diego and an Associate of Arts in Creative Writing from the College of Southern Nevada, complemented by studies at Lancaster University.
