Meesh Petrescu

Meesh Petrescu is the current Chief of Staff & Head of People at Casa. Meesh has a long and varied work history, with experience in project management, administrative support, office management, and HR. Prior to joining Casa, Meesh worked as a Project Specialist for the City of Westminster, an Administrative Assistant for Olsson Associates, and an Assistant Office Manager/District Representative for Bancroft-Clover Water & Sanitation District. Meesh also spent time working for the Fox Foundation and ShapeShift. In their most recent role before joining Casa, Meesh was the Office/HR Manager for FlowWest.

Meesh Petrescu has a degree in civil engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. They also have a Bachelor of Science in water and wastewater systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and an Associate of Science from Red Rocks Community College. Meesh is certified by HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), by Crafted Leadership as a Crafted Leadership, and by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure as an Envision Sustainability Professional. They are also certified by The Predictive Index as a Predictive Index Practitioner and by HR Certification Institute - HRCI as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Finally, they are certified by SHRM as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and by the Human Capital Institute (HCI) as a Strategic Workforce Planning Certification (SWP).

They are on a team with Ron Stoner - Head Of Security, Robert Dietrich - Operations Manager, and Andrew Yang - Client Services Manager. Meesh Petrescu reports to Nick Neuman, CEO.
