Cristina Bercial-Chaumier is a managing partner at Casalonga Alicante S.L. since January 2015 and has been a lawyer at Casalonga & Associés since March 1999, specializing in Industrial Property Law, including prosecution of Spanish and EU trademarks and Community Designs, as well as litigation before Spanish courts. Cristina also serves as the head of the Alicante office, focusing on industrial property law related to EU trademarks and Community Designs and issues of unfair competition. Previously, Cristina worked as an attorney at Banco Popular Comercial in Paris from April 1996 to February 1999, overseeing legal matters for the bank's agencies in France. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Property from Universitat d'Alacant and a D.E.A. in International Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
