Kari Mettälä

Kari Mettälä has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and positions. Kari started their career at Valio in 1987 as a Consultant and later worked as a Senior Consultant at SMG Finland (Synocus) from 1989 to 1997. In 1997, they joined Starlike Oy as a Managing Director until 2000. Kari then became a Business Manager at Nokia Oyj / Nokia Ventures Organisation from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, they became the CEO of Panphonics until 2013 and also served as a Member of the Board. From 1999 to 2012, they were a Member of the Board at AVITA - AudioVisual Association of Finland. Kari then joined Starlike Oy as a Member of the Board from 2007 to 2014. From 2010 to 2017, they served as a Member of the Board at Broadway Finland Oy. In 2013, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Casambi Technologies Oy until 2019, when they transitioned to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, they are the Founder of Divum Oy since 1991.

Kari Mettälä attained their Master of Science (Tech.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Workshop Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan in the years 1982 to 1987.
