KHERFI Abdelaaziz

Sales Engineer at Casanet

Abdelaaziz Kherfi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. KHERFI started their career as a Responsable Achats et Logistique at Intelcom in 1996, where they were responsible for validating different IT solutions and managing logistics. After that, they worked as a Key Account Manager, responsible for private and public sector accounts at Xerox. KHERFI also served as a Specialist in Color and High-Speed categories, where they oversaw the launch of new products and implemented new sales strategies.

In 1999, Kherfi joined Xerox again as a Responsable Commercial Facilities Management et Technologie Digitale. KHERFI managed the largest site in Morocco and was involved in the development, management, and training of the sales team. KHERFI later served as an Area Sales Manager at Regus, where they covered the entire territory to meet the needs of investors in fully-equipped office spaces.

From 2005 to 2006, Kherfi held the position of Directeur Commercial IT at Falcon High Tech Electric, where they launched a range of IT products and established a technical after-sales service. KHERFI then joined IB Maroc as an Ingénieur d’Affaires grands comptes, responsible for the response process for tenders, project deployment, and customer relationship management.

In 2007, Kherfi became the Directeur des Opérations at XERSYS SERVICES, where they implemented structured technical and commercial organizations. KHERFI also established a competence center and a help desk/hotline. During their tenure, they achieved an increase in customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and won several government tenders.

From 2008 to 2012, Kherfi returned to IB Maroc as a Senior Account Manager, focusing on tender response, project deployment, and client management. KHERFI then joined Involys in 2012 as a Senior Account Manager, where they were responsible for the tender response process, project deployment coordination, and client relations. KHERFI also implemented a partnership program with Gulf countries.

Finally, Kherfi worked as a Sales Engineer at Casanet SA, a subsidiary of Maroc Telecom, starting in 2014. Overall, they have a proven track record of success in various roles, including sales, account management, project deployment, and leadership.

Abdelaaziz KHERFI attended the Lycée Descartes from 1980 to 1983 where they earned their Baccalauréat série ‘D’. After that, they pursued their education at the University of the District of Columbia from 1990 to 1995, majoring in Computer Science and graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. Later, from 2002 to 2003, they attended the Université Paris Lodron where they obtained a Diploma in German Language and Literature.
