Ingrid Otero-Smart

Ingrid Otero-Smart is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as a BBB National Programs NARB Panel Member at the National Advertising Review Board since April 2022, Ingrid also holds the position of President/CEO at Casanova//McCann since August 2008. Previous roles include President at Anita Santiago Advertising from September 2005 to August 2008 and President/COO at Mendoza Dillon Associates from May 1987 to June 2005. Ingrid's early career includes positions such as President/COO at Mendoza Dillon and Asociados and Account Director at McCann Erickson. Ingrid completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at the Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1977 to 1981.
