Denis Dias de Lima

Denis Dias de Lima has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Denis began their career as a Monitor and Instructor of Computer Science at Collegium Cursos de Computação from 1991 to 1992. Denis then worked as an Operator of Computer at Macotec Indústria Mecânica e Comércio Ltda. in 1992. In 1992, they also worked as a Programmer for a brief period as an independent contractor.

From 1992 to 1997, Denis worked as an Instructor of Computer Science, conducting private classes for various subjects, including MS-DOS, Windows, and Microsoft Office applications. During this time, they also worked as a Coordinator of Unit and Instructor of Computer Science at Logus Informática, where they authored an MS-DOS 6.x guide used by thousands of students.

Denis joined Apligraf Aplicativos e Gráficos in 1997 and held various roles, including Analyst of Systems and Business, Technical Product Manager, and Support and Development Analyst. Denis played a crucial role in the development and implementation of webservices for financial information and assets for websites of banks, brokers, and public companies. Denis also contributed to the development of web subscription services targeted at individual investors.

In 2014, Denis joined LuciliaDiniz.com as a Senior Full Stack Developer, responsible for the analysis, documentation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of the website's back-end infrastructure. Denis also developed responsive front-end interfaces using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

From 2017 to 2018, Denis worked as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Casar.com, where they were responsible for front-end and back-end development using technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and PHP. Denis also implemented the Scrum methodology and practices within the product and software development team.

Denis returned to Casar.com in 2019 as a Scrum Master and Senior Full Stack Developer. In this role, they played a crucial part in the adoption and implementation of the OKR methodology. Denis also worked on business analysis and the integration of business strategies with technology.

Denis's most recent role, starting in January 2022, was as a Tech Manager at Casar.com. In this position, they focused on maximizing the value generated by the squads and ensuring the agile delivery of projects. Denis also implemented ITIL practices and performed metric analysis.

Throughout their career, Denis has demonstrated a strong expertise in IT management, Agile methodologies, and software development.

Denis Dias de Lima completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management at FIAP from 2016 to 2018. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.

In 1999, Denis attended COPPEAD UFRJ as an auditor, where they completed a postgraduate course in Advanced School of Internet Technology.

In 1995, they obtained a technical degree in Professional Data Processing at Colégio Paralelo - Associação Parnasiana de Educação.

Denis has also obtained various certifications, including the Team Kanban Practitioner - TKP from Kanban University in July 2022, the Bootcamp Agile Expert - 148h from Instituto de Gestão e Tecnologia da Informação in November 2020, and the qualification in Digital Entrepreneurship from FIAP in December 2018. Denis also completed professional qualifications in Strategic Management of Information Technology, Project Management of Information Technology, and IT Governance, all at FIAP in December 2018. In addition, Denis completed the #6 Gama Experience - Hacker program at Gama Academy in June 2017.
