Joyce Damasceno has a diverse work experience in various companies. Joyce started in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant at ACC English Course, where they worked until 2018. Joyce then joined Paineiras Corcovado as an intern in Tourism and Hospitality from August 2018 to January 2020. From January 2020 to February 2021, they worked as a Trainee at Paineiras Corcovado. In February 2021, they joined BioParque do Rio as a Customer Experience Assistant and worked there until December 2022. Currently, they are working as an Analyst of Customer Experience at Casar.com, starting in July 2023.

Joyce Damasceno received their Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro, which they pursued from 2016 to 2022.
