Diego Caxito has a diverse work experience. Diego is currently the Director of Technology at Grupo Casas Bahia, where they are responsible for the product development of e-commerce. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineering Executive Manager at Grupo Casas Bahia, leading the engineering team in developing e-commerce products. Before joining Grupo Casas Bahia, Diego served as the Sr. Director of Engineering at Gympass, where they played a crucial role in transforming the company's offer from physical to virtual during the COVID-19 pandemic and implementing agile and lean development practices. Diego also has experience working at Itaú Unibanco as a Software Engineer Specialist and Tech Lead Mobile, leading mobile teams in delivering value to customers. Diego's earlier experiences include positions as a Software Architect at Resource IT Solutions and Stefanini IT Solutions, a System Analyst at Geotech Ltda and GEP Sistemas, and a Teacher at Facomp. Diego started their career as a Trainee at Fabricabit Systems before becoming a System Analyst.

Diego Caxito completed their Bachelor's degree in Information System from Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros from 2005 to 2008.
