Elcio Ito

Elcio Ito is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Grupo Casas Bahia since July 2023, Elcio also holds the position of Group CFO and IRO at Iochpe Maxion S/A since December 2019. Previously, Elcio was with BRF from February 2011 to March 2019, where duties ranged from Group CFO to Vice President of Planning and Commodities. Elcio's career also includes significant roles at General Motors, where Elcio served as Treasurer for GM do Brasil and Treasury Manager for GM Europe, along with various financial positions earlier in the career. Elcio's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Saint Mary's University, a Master's in Political Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and a Bachelor's in Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
